Prepare and review an offer before signing off on key terms. Confirmatory review of represented information (accounting, marketing, operations and legal).
Step 4: Closing and Financing
Sign off on marketing agreement, legal documents and financing requirements.
Step 5: Transition
Implementation of marketing systems, operational process & menu development.
Step 6: Growth and Support
Culinary and tasting room workshare/training to help launch and settle your investment.
